We had a good time. Hotel was well-maintained and we loved the food there, it was good. The property had a central location and it was next door to Wwii War Memorial. The bed was large, and overall a nice size and beautifully maintained room! The bar served a lot of meals for breakfast.

The hotel is in the centre of the old part of Uralsk and is relatively close to the Ural river. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The only negative aspect of the stay was the scalding hot water that comes out of the taps and continues to do so for some time even if one has switched the tap to cold.

Well appointed, comfortable and modern, particularly when compared to comparably priced hotels in other parts of Kazakhstan.

Good location of the hotel in the older part of the town, not far from the Ural river bank. Staff was polite and friendly. The room was clean same as the bathroom.
Food is okay but they definitely could do better. Lunch is buffet style at 20 dollars and was not worth it.

When I entered my room 208 there was a definite smell of drains. I ran sink, shower and toilet but it remained. I did not report as on web site it said no other rooms available so no point really. When I left on my night out and came back it was same. I opened the Windows to air the smell to acceptable levels but at -18c not a pleasant experience.

The hotel is situated in a safe area that is close to restaurants and a supermarket. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and not too far from interesting sites to explore, such as monuments and tree-lined promenades. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The rooms are limited but available and equipped with all that is needed. The restaurant menus are decent and the food is tasty. Wi-fi is fast and the massage service is exceptional.
The air conditioning system and check-out payments need to be improved.

We had a surprisingly pleasant stay at Pushkin in Uralsk. the hotel, though small, was tidy and well-maintained. Our room was quiet and faced the inner yard, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the beds were large and comfortable, and the room's facilities were made of elegant wood and marble. We were impressed with the hotel staff, particularly the friendly receptionists who were always willing to assist us. the restaurant had a good selection of wines, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals, especially the fish and pilaf. Special praise goes to Raimbek, the hotel's professional and friendly driver who provided excellent transport services. Lena's massage services were simply wonderful.
Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The staff was very friendly and always eager to help us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the nicely brewed coffee. the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to a restaurant and a supermarket. We also appreciated the fact that we had a safe area around us.
The air conditioning system in the rooms needs improvement. the payment process when checking out was not very easy as they wanted advance payment but no advance receipts for bills.

The rooms at Hotel Pushkin are absolutely amazing! They are beautifully furnished with a cozy seating area, making me feel right at home. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, plus the free international calls and laptop-friendly workspace were a great added bonus. I loved every minute of my stay!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the wooden or tiled floors in the suites. But hey, that's just my preference.

The hotel had friendly staff and a decent menu at the restaurant. The location was safe, near a supermarket and good street. the rooms had everything necessary and were clean.
The hotel needs to improve its air conditioning system in the rooms and provide receipts for bills paid in advance during check-out. the breakfast could use more variety in terms of sweet baked goods and plain croissants.
